Uploaded video not showing - really frustrating!

Hi,

Ive been trying to upload the same video on occasion for about 12 hours now and its not showing up :(

Its 292MB and 3:53 minutes long and is an mpeg.

It goes through the whole upload process and then confirms its complete.. but doesnt show in the gallery.

Ive tried using MpegStream clip to convert to mp4 then uploading and the same thing occurs. It confirms but its not in the gallery. Ive tried clicking on "arrange photos" in case it was stuck in a queue processing as it usually shows in there if it is I have found but its not.

Ive got 97 files in the album.. is there a limit to how many files we can have in a gallery?

Its took a considerable amount of time up and really frustrating so any advice or ideas would be muchly appreciated.

It may be that the video has an unsupported codec. Could you please email us at the helpdesk so that we can take a look at your account and also give you a special URL to upload the video to us.
