Video only works on smugmug.com domain, not my own domain

I am a pro user using my own domain.
I have discovered that, my video works in the following config:

1) OS X + alias.smugmug.com = ok
2) OS X + customized domain = ok
3) Windows + alias.smugmug.com = ok
4) Windows + customized domain = NOT ok

It appears that the Flash version of the videos do not work with customized domain! Can someone please help!?

I just removed the password, it still does not work! (custom domain, Vista/IE7 with the latest Adobe Flash Player)
