A little post with a gradient, but I always shoot a rainbow with a polarizer on. It will do the same to the rainbow on a grey sky as it does to a bule sky.

I had been trying to take shots of the back of the house but the Rainbow went into the cloud and I don't have a wide enough lens to get both ends. I looked at a 10-22 today but found another wish list lens instead 2nd hand.
