Troubles uploading a video

Hello,
I have been succesfully uploading photos for...forever on smugmug.
Now I wanted to try the video, and I followed the directions at least I think so.
I am a PRO user so I made this quicktime video 406 MB 960X540 codecs H.264 Integer (Little Endian) and I used the OLD uploader to upload the video into one of my existing wedding galleries, I see the uploader doing its thing and it goes on and on for a long time, then it disappear so I think it s finished and I go to my gallery to view the video and there is nothing there, like it was never uploaded.
where am I going wrong?

Danilo, Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Be sure to remember that anytime you have upload trouble, you will want to check your upload log. In the control panel on the stats tab.

Your video appears to be too long: "upload problem: video longer than 600 seconds."

You may want to reduce the length or break it up a little.

The limits are 512MB for all account. 2.5 minutes of SD for power, 5 minutes of HD and 10 minutes of SD for pro.
