I dont even know where to start! I have a small movie i shot in mov format. I imported it intp Premiere Pro and added an mp3 track. I increased the play speed of the video so it would play int the same time as the mp3. Im now ready to export as a regular video. The original video is 1280x720. I would like to keep this same fomat if possible. I am looking to have it in a format that I can upload to smugmug and also a version i can have compresed for emailing and things. I am really confused by all of the export options. Can someone give me some pointers?
