The other day this guy arrived and will not go away. I am learning this great photography game and I have been using him to practice some shots. Your c and c is more than welcome and I would really appreciate if anyone can give me any advice on how to improve my shots.
Regards
Bob

I had a pidgeon once, He showed up one day and would not leave. Then he died, Then another showed up and would not leave. Now he lives in my barn. =)

OMG it looks as if I have a model for some time. I will have to look for a Dovecote or something for him.

Hi Bob
I think 2,3,4, & 5 are quite nice. #1 suffers from the fact that what light there is is coming from the bird"s left leaving the one eye you can see rather dull and drab. In the rest it's the eye that grabs you first (especially nice in #2). A little more DOF would help as well. The color is spot on.

Hi Jack,
I see exactly what you mean and you are certainly right. Thanks for looking and giving me your sound advice.

I kinda like the perspective on the first shot...it's unique! Too bad about the lighting though, but if your like me...I get what I can!
