There are many things you could do with it but in reality, you probably have much better shots to choose from, using your time selectively.

I will know better Friday after our 2nd day of shooting, in which at that time she will tell me what pictures she picked from the 1st day. THEN I can work on the ones she wants.... But right now I am just messing around and trying to learn the programs.

Off the top of my head, these are some the things that I might think about doing.

Remove hair across her face
Apply a vignette to darken that boring wall
Reduce the red in the whites of her eyes. Don't remove it eniterly as that would be just as bad.
I might re-crop it to remove some of the space above her head, maybe remove some off the top of her head as well - all depends on how tight in you want to get.
Might bring up the sharpness around her eyes a touch.
Then there's the whole pop/curves/saturation thing.

Here at work I only have Adobe Elements, and Picaso....At home I have Adobe elements, Adobe lightroom, and Adobe Photoshop cs3
