I have an unwanted watermark in one of my galleries...

I checked the customization section and it is not set to water mark, I have not set and unset this feature (I know it says it takes some time to take effect) and I am wondering if I have a setting wrong somewhere that I dont know about.
This gallery is the pictures from a funeral board form my wifes Grandmas service that I scanned in and set up as a gallery, I then sent the link to her family members and friends and now with the giant "PROOF" across each photo it looks like I am trying to sell them prints. I need to get this removed ASAP and dont know how. The last time I looked at the gallery was on Friday and it was fine then, It wasnt until tonight when my wife asked me about it that noticed it, so I dont know how long its been there...
Can anyone steer me in the right direction???
