Small Nav bar to show galleries

Presently my site cjreese.smugmug.com has a slideshow with galleries listed below. What I would like to see is a small navbar to click on to go to the galleries instead of showing them on homepage. can anyone out there help with this?

Go to this tutor (http://dgrin.smugmug.com/gallery/2160039) and scroll down to "The Galleries Page" section. The code will
create a duplicate homepage where you can display your galleries.

See "The Navbar" section at the top of the tutor for the navbar.
