Having printing problems from smugmug

I've been having problems with printing a couple pictures from the wedding I shot...I realized that the couple I was having trouble with were .png files, but when I replaced them with jpg files a few days ago, the message still comes up that they are not a printable image type. Should I delete and reload them instead of replacing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, the file is still a png. Save it as a JPG and you can print it....

I have saved it as a jpg, and re-uploaded it using the replace tool...and the file name says it's a jpg in my folder though...should I delete it and re-upload it instead of using the replace tool?

I pulled it off as an original file, it's a png. Sure, reupload as a new file... let's see that link.
