A few here from a recent trip to the Sth Luangwa Nat Park- Zambia.
These are Southern Carmine Bee-eaters squabbling over nesting holes on the banks of the Luangwa River.

Love the last one with the shadow. Actually I like them all but the last shadow one is great. If you have the resolution, I wonder what it would look like if you cropped everything out except the shadow play in the third.

Hey, very cool! I agree with Stephen. It might look quite cool with only the shadow if you can do it.

If you are going for a shadow theme, I would crop out everything but the shadow. As it stands, I am disappointed in not seeing the birds in focus, sorry. The out of focus birds and their interesting interactions makes me want to see them and not their shadow. I hope you got some them in focus because I would like to see that.
