One of my best with the new camera ( Oly e-510)
This is the final product. There are a few more in the gallery that have some other treatments here http://zoe-grace.smugmug.com/gallery/4757097_tqM7m

With her in the center I think you should try and maybe crop it a little closer so she fills more of the frame. And also try blurring some of the fore/background some to bring out some more attention. Also, it would have been nice if you could have used the flash to make her face a little less dark (mainly her eyse, the look like little black slits).

Beautiful little girl with nice color behind her (hope there are no ticks)
IMHO, the photo will be greatly improved by cropping it and taking out a big part of the grass at the bottom. I wouldn't worry about cropping out some of the flowers.
The harsh daytime sun is not our friend. A flash would've helped a bunch on her face, but her eyes would still be bit closed. When you bring her in closer, we'll see more of her eyes which will make the photo nicer.

I think that a tighter crop would bring the focus more on the girl. Also if you could clone out the blade of grass that blocks out part of the girl. I find some of the fore ground grass distracting.

Yes, I have to agree. The shot's more about the cute little girl than the flowers and would definitely benefit from a tighter crop.
Unfortunately this won't help much with that lone blade of grass which is indeed distracting, even more so with a tighter crop. If you're somewhat experienced at cloning, I'd try to get rid of it.
Cute pic though and definitely worth keeping.
