Save/Download all photos from a gallery

Is there currently a way to download all the photos from a gallery at once rather than having to click "Save Photo" on each photo? If not, is this a possible feature to add?

There's a program called Album Fetcher (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=47160) that will do this. Also a Smugmug help page (http://www.smugmug.com/help/download-photos) on this that discussed WebDav.

Wow, so AlbumFetcher adds caption/keyword information from the SM page even if it wasn't in the original image? That's awesome and a feature that I was starting to wonder about!
