How long for a video to show up?

How long is it suppose to take for a video to show up? I uploaded a 45 second video in AVCHD format more than an hour ago. It still says INQUEUE for the status in the upload log and there's nothing showing in the gallery yet.

How long is this supposed to take? This is my first video upload.

Most of my 5min HD videos take about 10-12 hours to convert and show up, and I'm uploading h.264. Interpolating from that, I'd guess 1.5-2.0 hours for a 45 sec clip.

I had no idea it was that long.

I guess that's no big deal if you do it overnight, but if you're trying to share something the same day it happened, that doesn't work. I might have to rethink whether I can use Smugmug for this purpose.

Most go rather fast - much much faster than you or Scott are experience. Can't say what happened today for you, John.
