Here are a few from the VB Steel Pier Classic surfing contest last over Memorial Day weekend. The surf was fairly flat but the action was good and the weather beautiful. C&C welcomed.

Shorebreak Air is great! I used to live in VA beach. Summer & VA Beach is so nice...

Didn't know you could catch air like that w/ the small break there :D I can't imagine he pulled that off w/ the water being as shallow as it looks there.

Thanks. Actually Shorebreak Air was taken between heats. The kid was standing on the beach and then using his surfboard like a skimboard. I was amazed that he didn't snap a skeg!
