I've done searches for the last 30 minutes and can't seem to find a discussion that has the topic of what I'm thinking.
SM's video capability fills a long needed gap for me. I have almost as much video as I do pictures since my Sony cameras shoot full frame prog scan video. I don't like the user agreements of the current "free" video hosts that make me give away my copyrights. I've looked into pay solutions, and ran across one that allowed automatic watermarks upon video upload (forgot the name/url).
I think automatic watermarking upon upload is the missing element from SMs video capability. It can probably be implemented similarly to how watermarks were implemented on the photos, but I'm no back end guru, so I'll leave that up to the pros.
The question is, am I the only one that thinks it's a good idea? Vote and post feedback. As we all know, SM listens if there's a good idea that their customers want.
