thumbnails wrong order

I have tried everything, this usually happens during downloading.

But , the order is all wrong. I ve tried to change them and no go.

Clients are waiting to see these, I want them in number order.

Go the customize gallery and set the auto sort order to None. Then, you can manually position the thumbs by going to the Smugmug view of your gallery, checking the checkbox for [X] arrange mode and then dragging/dropping the thumbs into a different order.

If "number order" means filename order, then you could pick filename order for auto sort with the appropriate direction.

The number order is the file name order that Im talking about. This has always worked perfectly in the past. The last gallery I made abot 4 weeks ago this happened like usual as the photos downloaded.

Then, just check customize gallery to make sure that auto sort is set to filename and make sure that the filenames will truly sort in the proper order since filename is a text sort, not a numeric sort. 11 sorts before 2, but 11 sorts after 02.

Again, more specific advice can be offered if we can look at the gallery with filenames visible.

I got it working. The only thing that would work is, by using arrange photos expert mode. Weird , I have not changed anything on my end.
