Tanning salon

I find the tanning salon very useful, is this available as a plug in for photoshop? If not, how can I replicate the effect in photoshop?

Post a before and after in the finishing school, and let the experts there try to help :)
I expect that one of the warming filters in PS "photo filter" adjustment menu will do the job.
