Wow.... That's all I can say....

Jamie Livingston took a polaroid photo every day of his life from from 1979 until his death on October 25, 1997, his 41st birthday.

He Took a Polaroid Every Day, Until the Day He Died (http://www.mentalfloss.com/blogs/archives/15131)

Some of these photos are very difficult to look at, especially at the end of his life when he was fighting cancer. These moving photos are intensively personal and painful and filled with happy moments in between.

Wow - yes, I agree with you there - wow!

This is indeed very moving and I am glad that the author of the link you posted took the time and effort to find the name behind the artist.

I wish he had posted the link to the original website he discovered. Since he writes it didn't contain any name or contact info, I don't think it can be found by googeling "jamie livingston". I will definitely try anyway, if somebody finds it sooner, please post a link.

Aside from the last shots taken, I also really like the raw, "faded nostalgia" of those polaroids, would love to look at more of them.

Thanks for posting this,
Jana

Wow!

I don't know what to say. The blog entries are rapid and I can't imagine the
joy and sorrow in between.

That URL's account has been suspended. :cry

It wasn't suspended, from what I understand the server crashed because of Jamie Livingston's sudden internet fame.

It's back up as of now, I just checked!
