OK so i love the quality of the new flash h264 codec awesome!!!! how do i get a copy of my video from smugmug then embed it into an iweb page ????

I don't know anything about "iweb", but if have full control over that page, you probably just need the embed code from us. In your gallery, click the "Share" button above the main photo and make sure you are in the "get a link" area.

Alternatively, you can get the embed code at the end of the video.
