I just read the dgrin tutorial on blending raw images - http://dgrin.smugmug.com/gallery/1856992 - and the keyboard shortcut for selecting highlights doesn't work for me. Does anyone know how to do this on Photoshop CS3 using an Intel Mac?

The Command-Opt-` shortcut worked for me earlier today on my Intel Mac Pro running Leopard. I just tried it on my MacBook Pro running Leopard and it works there too.
If it isn't working on yours, you might check the Keyboard Shortcuts in your Keyboard prefs and make sure nothing's set to override the shortcut at the OS level.
Also, one thing that confuses people is that the tilde (~) is the Shift character on that key, but for the shortcut, you do not want to press Shift. That's why I wrote it as Command-Opt-` instead of Command-Opt-~ .
