Video Solutions?

Can anyone tell me how I can create a link to a www.vimeo.com video that I have, and if there is any way of putting a photo in a gallery, that when clicked on, takes you directly to the Vimeo video?

I don't particularly want to leverage vimeo, but I am only a Power user, and I have a need for greater length video than what Power provides. Furthermore, I don't have a desire to upgrade to a professional, because I think that is a bit over kill (I am no where close to a professional) :). I am actually somewhat surprised that professional users get so much more video ability. I would think most professional photographers, are just that, photographers NOT folks who deal with video! And since many power users might be people like myself who just want a cool way to show photos/video to family and friends, seems the length of video should be longer than just 2.5 minutes. I could see not giving power users the ability to upload HD quality. But I think the amount of time is important. Frankly there is no better place for me to share my video than my smugmug page, but with the time limitations I am kinda forced to use vimeo or worse, youTube...anyhow, just my two cents here...

You can create an HTML only gallery (http://www.dgrin.com/showpost.php?p=186127&postcount=19). Just enter the embeded code into the description.

Thanks so much for the info. In the absence of having a longer limit for power users, I think this might serve its purpose well. I can keep people in the smugmug environment, but have the ability to post longer video's. I am expecting my first child any day now, and with my family in Canada, and my wifes family in New Orleans (with us in NC), we anticipate an increased need of posting video of the baby girl. How would I go about creating an html only page? Could I Have multiple video's on it? Thanks again.

If anyone from Smugmug reads this....an increased video limit would be a wonderful baby gift! :)

HTML Only is just a gallery with no photos.
