I turned a buddy onto smugmug and have been trying to get him to spruce up his page a bit, well he finally allowed me access to do some customization. It's a work in progress...just setting stuff up so he can change it later. Anyway.

I've done the navbar, banner, slideshow, but I can't remember how to make it not say "wodkashot's home" above the slide show, or how to make the smugmug logo and tool bar, also above the slideshow go away.

Can anyone help me here? Funny how the easier stuff is giving me trouble...probably need to sleep...:D

His site is http://wodkashots.smugmug.com/

The SmugMug logo and toolbar are still visible because the banner and navbar are in the head tag, move them to the header section and the problem should resolve.

Ok I got the "Wodkashots" to go away, but I must be missing something with the Banner/Navbar.

When I move the navbar info from the "head tag" to the "header" it won't show up at all, and the SmugMug "tool bar" is still above the slide show, and shows up on all other pages as well. I want this to go away, I need this to go away.

When I look at my code the navbar info is in the "header" so this has me scratching my head, trying to figure out what's wrong...:scratch :dunno

Anyone willing to help me out? Allen are you out there? :D

I know this is probably something real stupid...looking me right in the face, but I can't see it.

Not sure why moving the navbar stuff to the Header from the Header tag doesn't work the way it should. :scratch
