Background Image on Homepage missing

I have added the fowling:

body {
background-attachment: fixed;
background-image: url(http://thehowlingwolves.smugmug.com/photos/278203102_VzsCc-M.jpg);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: left bottom;
}

Ok it does not show up on my homepage but does show up on all the other pages. How do I fix this so it shows up on the homepage?
