From New version of MapiMailer (http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.59b528f3)

Due to people informing me that apparently AVG "thinks" there is a trojan in MapiMailer, I have rewritten it using Microsoft tools, and due to the apparent "dead" status of the Lightroom Extras website where my download was hosted, I have decided to host it on my own server.
There are no new features, except that the command prompt window that stayed open during the emailing no longer does so. I've also updated the installation instructions to reflect the latest version 1 export dialog.
So, for anyone wishing to try it again, or solve their AVG issues, or just be up to date with the version I will be supporting... You can download the latest installer from my server at
http://www.sbsutherland.com/downloads/MapiMailerSetup.exe
If you already have MapiMailer installed, this should replace it without an uninstall, no problem.
