This is a great shot, but I think I would like it better if you desaturated it a bit. The colors seem too strong for the light.

Richard...
Thanks for your comments. It was a very odd day. Intense sun, shinning down through a very low, dense cloud at ground level....a brighter overall scene than you would expect. Your observation is still pertinent, however.

Howdy Tom,
What an interesting image, it has so many things to grab the viewer's eye.
I do agree with Richard about the colors a little too strong for the composition and the Fog.
I really think this would make a Killer B&W.

Craig....
Thanks for your input on this image. I will run this file as a B&W and see what it looks like.

Hi Azzaro....
Thanks for chiming in. I'm more with you on this one. I actually added very little color saturation. For a foggy situation, there was a lot of color popping out anyway. I also think I'm still somewhat of a slave to the old Velvia school of thought about accentuated color. I will try Craig's suggestion of running this one as a B&W just to see what it looks like.

I love seeing images of fog, but gosh I hate driving in it.
The person in the shot looks hesitant to approach the bend in the road.
(insert scarey music) :D
It is a little too colourful, be interesting to see what B&W looks like.
Thanks for sharing :thumb .... Skippy :D
