I remember I saw someone said they had created or knew of a way to run slected images through a program and it would give you a graph/table of information such as most common focal length, iso, etc.
Any help/ideas?

Take a look at "ExposurePlot" and "Smart Photo Statistics" here:

ExposurePlot was probably the program mentioned. It generates several nice tables of your shooting habits in each of several camera settings.
