Title page

I've noticed some really cool pages, like Andy's site, that have an awesome title page, one large picture with links to galleries. It is very professional and represents what I have now on my own web page. I would love to have a page like that as well....can someone walk me through the creation? Please keep in mind that I am not tech savvy AT ALL!! Thanks for the help!

You might want to start with this tutorial - http://dgrin.smugmug.com/gallery/2160039. It walks you through creating a banner, a navbar, and a homepage slideshow. You can just as easily use a single image on your homepage instead of a slideshow if you'd prefer.
