How do I change gallery position

Hi - I started a new gallery and it ended up at the bottom of the gallery instead of the top. What do I do to change the position? I also am having problems with new pictures in my slideshow playing on the slideshow. I have never had this problem. Can you help?

You are running the old non-supported slideshow. I'd recommend switching to
the new one. Look here (http://dgrin.smugmug.com/gallery/3624147). To remove the old show see this post (http://www.dgrin.com/showpost.php?p=777834&postcount=14).

There should be an arrange selection at the top left of the galleries/category
box. If not go into your control panel under the homepage tab, find the
box and select position rather then recent. Then you should be able to sort.
