View Full Version : Macro... with film. C&C appreciated

Did this for a final in my intermediate B&W photog class... We had to use three different "processes." I chose 3200 speed film (emphasizing grain was considered a process. *shrug*), split toning sepia/selenium, and distressing the negatives. Kinda like this fella! http://www.emilschildt.com/KILL.htm Except I'm a noob and he scratches large format film so it's easier to work with heh.

Oh, and I took pics of the prints on a copy stand, since I don't have a scanner. I shot it RAW and tried to adjust the image slightly in Lightroom to make it look as close to the print as I could. I probably sucked it up though.

About the last three images... I'm only going to use one of the spiders. Which one is the best, or goes the best with the other 4 images? I prefer the first spider. Thoughts?
