Found this on my morning hike.
location Ontario Canada.Other then what you see its a dark leafy plant about 14" tall,the flower is an inch in diameter.

I really like the interesting mix of colors on the peachish(?) background. What is the background anyway? Nice shot!

Yep planned it and have done it before looks better then the grey forest ,except when she hasnt shaved :dunno

Not yet.I searched a couple books with no luck.I currenly searching a online data base of flowers ,i'll get a name by tonight.

What an interesting flower David, love the colours, the shape.
The flower facing down has a beautiful centre, as does the open one.

You'll be able to hire your wifes legs out as a backdrop hehehehe!
