Adding a non-photo page, how to???

I'd like to add a "testimonials" page to my site, does anyone know how to do that? I'd put a button in my navbar and link it, not sure how to put in a word doc or a non "photo" page. Can anyone help????

Of course, you can also just make a gallery, force it to journal, put a photo for each testimonial, and put the testimonial itself in the caption :)
