Capture NX Problem

Wondering if anyone here has had this problem.
After upgrading Capture nx to version 1.3 photos load in browser in a random order instead of ordered by file #. If I remove the whole program and reload it where can I find the product key before removing the old program?

First, make sure you are sorting photos the right way. In the browser window you can sort by alphabetical, date, or labels. If that's not your problem and you need to re-install, your CD case should have the code on it. OR you have the code in an email that was sent to you.

That was the problem. Reset the sort option and works fine now.
