im trying to do film strip techniques similar to the ones in the links below. can this be done in photoshop or a built in program with mac?

its my lil sister in the pic. someone made it for her its on her myspace page. one of her highschool mates made it.
Pretty well anything can be done in photoshop. Search google for 'filmstrip actions' (http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=actions+filmstrip&btnG=Google+Search&meta=) or pluggins (http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=filmstrip+plugins&spell=1).

thanks for those links. i searched the forum and seen a lot of help in other topis too but i cant seem to find how to give it the vintage look. maybe its a plug in for then..
