Hey gang
I am putting some final touches to my site and noticed that when I go to the shopping cart of smug mug it exits my site and I lose my menu and logo. Is there anyway to force the smugmug shop or cart under my menu structure so it's easy to navigate back to my site.
An example of the existing site can be seen if you visit my site and click on Buy Gifts & Images on my web site at http://anthonyjstewart.smugmug.com/. This wont be the final link but I do want to see my horizontal menu above all wep pages.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks a lot

There is no way to keep any of your customization when going the cart
pages. It has been hinted that in the future they might be able to provide
some minor customizing if at all possible, but wouldn't hold your breath.

That's rather annoying, as there is no way to get back to my site from the cart which is an oversight as far as I can see. Apart from the Continue browsing button.
Oh well I will just have to live with it for now, thanks a lot.

One problem is when a visitor is buying photos from multiple sites, what site
would it return to?

Well they would access the shop from my site after choosing the photos they want to create as gifts or prints so it should be simple to return to it, by providing options or leaving my navigation in place above the screen.
Saying that of course it should be easy to do as a customisation as you can hit the continue shopping button and it currently goes back to my site so the possibility is easily there. I would think it would be pretty simple to keep my menu system across the top of the page and have the shop below it.
Still I shall live in hope and be happy with what the site already does but it would be something I would love to see.
Cheers.

Well I'm not worried about anyone elses site I just want them to return to my site. I am not setting this up to promote other peoples work if you see what I mean.

Andy has mentioned in the past that some are buying photos from different
sites and throwing them into the cart, so that's probably the main reason
the cart is generic.

Yup I appreciate that, but that is not really my concern i.e. I am only focusing on flogging my images not promoting others. To have the tailored individulalised shopping cart experience I wouldn't necessarily want to be promoting access to other people work. I mean thats why I pay for a pro version isn't it to have this configuration and means to tailor the whole experience to my needs and to sell my images rather than provide options to buy other peoples.
Time for a walk I think , the suns come out. CHeerio.
