Uploaded Videos MIA

I uploaded two videos (MOV, less than 1min in length, ~40MB ea) using the SIMPLE method. Normally the videos appear, if not immediately, shortly thereafter. However, these two videos never appeared. I tried twice more, once with the lastest version of Firefox and IE, from separate computers...with the same results. The number of items in the gallery never changed. It is like the moving uploaded into Never-Never Land. Any ideas, clues, etc? thx. - Joe :dunno

I checked out your upload log (Control Panel-> Stats tab), and there were several errors like this...

Maybe check out the wiki page on video formats (http://wiki.smugmug.com/display/SmugMug/Video+Formats).

That was the problem. I exported the videos as you described instead of performing a "Save As". This fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.:clap
