Why does my About page have to "reload"...

When I say reload, I mean everything dissapears, including the navigation bar, and reloads. Everyone elses page I've seen, the nav bar stays and the rest of the information loads separately, seems like. I know this seems nitpicky but I was just wondering if there's a solution. Thanks.

I just checked your site, Allen, and none of your pages do what mine do. Your loads are quick and your navbar is constantly displayed at the top.

I clicked my guestbook link in the nav and it does it, reloads all.
