Well, maybe these ones won't kill you, as 'Poisson Dart Arrow' frogs which are bred here lose their toxins. Anyway, took a trip to DC this weekend to visit out the new National Geographic frog exhibit. Heres a few shots of the dart frogs, along with some others:

the 3rd shot is fantastic..maybe it could use a little noise reduction on the background...well done:ivar :barb

Thank youv ery much! Shooting through glass was very hard.
I found out you can purchase these frogs inside the US, so it looks like that will be my next purchase! I can't wait!

That first one I quoted is a Ornate Horn Frog...or "pacman frog" (all mouth :rofl) Those guys get the size of salad plates and eat small mice. That's what I fed mine sometimes...that and goldfish.
The second....I thats a dumpy tree frog. Really sweet shot.
I use to work at petsmart...lol Thanks for bringing me back! :thumb

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. The frog in number 1 and 3(waxy monkey frog) is a very cool guy. He seems to have no problem sitting still and posing for the camera. I plan on purchasing one of those along with the poison dart frogs to allow me to get better pictures.
