Great chance capture. Seems a little flat in the PP and could use a bit of horizon straighten, though that might lose some of the left hand bird depending on how you go about it.

Thanks Jeff, Right place and the right time. We were staying on the fifth floor and these gulls were hovering right off our balcony. So I picked up the camera with a wide-angle 20 mm iso-100 I believe the shutter speed was around 1600.

Wow! Actually, I like the off-level horizon. It gives the picture action - like you were following a sudden, tragic event.

Maybe a little too much post processing on the second, but I like the crop better.

Thanks for looking everyone. I've always wondered when you see a large flock of birds if they ever collided with each other, I guess I have my answer.
