I do believe they are. I'm not much of a dog person but I think that is what she indicated they were when we were chatting over the fence.

Love the DOF on this shot! You got the dogs faces so crisp, yet their ears, noses and parts of the fence are blurred so as to draw your eyes to theirs. Awesome.

Thanks Bryan. I used the Canon 100mm Macro lens and my 5D on this. My neighbor handed me a treat that I had just out of the shot and they only stayed still for a split second and I snapped the shot. I was stoked when I got back and saw this. :barb

That is a fabulous shot - it makes me want to reach right through the fence to hug the dogs.

Awesome Job!! Dogs are a difficult subject, you usually only get a few seconds if that to get the shot, and you definately got it!!! Very Cool!:thumb

Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I printed (12x18) and framed the picture for my neighbor and her mother and they were literally moved to tears.....I'm not sure whether to be happy or worried that they cried but I've been told it's a good thing. Just kind of hard to relate to crying when you are happy. :dunno
