Team & Individual question with schools

I am hoping to take on some team & individual photo duties in 2008-09 with some area schools. Just curious, I know a lot of the big companies provide kick-backs to the schools for getting the contracts. What types of things go back to the schools? A percentage of sales? Free photos for the coaches, etc.?

I was thinking of offering like 7 percent of gross sales back to the school and free team photos for the coach, plus license to use anything they wanted for their yearbooks/programs...

Is that too much? Not enough? I'm kind of new at this part of things ... Thanks!!
