Sorry, its UWA (ultra wide angle) not UWD...My mistake
Finally saved some money to buy the Sigma 10-20mm lens for my D40x (Nikon). Was wishing for the Nikon 12-24mm but it was just too expensive, thus this third party lens. But boy, it rocks!
Here are some photo's. Comments (of course) are most welcome!

:thumb Your getting some nice shots with that lens. I should be putting mine
to work as nicely as you have.
In second set of 3 photos I'm especially liking #1 & #3. Cool effect on
boats in #3.

Thanks for your comments! So far, so good with the Sigma UWA 10-20mm lens. Visually that is. I still have to test it more rigidly for soft edges, back and front focus, etc., when i have time. There is a thing called a "soft copy." Hehehehe...First time i've heard of that term.
Here's one last photo taken at 10mm and at 28.5 seconds.
Camera: Nikon D40X
Exposure: 28.5 sec (57/2)
Aperture: f/16
Focal Length: 10 mm
ISO Speed: 100

Howdy Nicled,
Neat shots, I think you're going to find you'll shoot more and more with the 10-20, it's almost addictive:D
Your shots really give a great perspective and love the Sunsets and Skies.
Looking forward to seeing more of your shots!!

With skies like that available to you the wide angle was an excellent choice!!
Great stuff and look forward to seeing more. :thumb
