Ok....so after reading the post below about printing and color correction/cropping.....
I was wondering what the best way to calibrate the color on both a Mac and PC (I have both) in order to get optimal color in my smugmug prints. Is there some sort of device or software I should use? Is 1998 better then sRGB or vice versa?
I want to give my client a picture they will love and I'll do whatever is necessary to make that happen.

Calibrate your monitor with the Gretag MacBeth Eye-One Display 2 (http://usa.gretagmacbethstore.com/index.cfm/act/Catalog.cfm/catalogid/989/Subcategory/Eye%2DOne%20Solutions/category/Color%20Management/browse/null/MenuGroup/Menu%20USA/desc/Eye%2DOne%20Display%202.htm).

Coincidentally, I just got one of these yesterday, and it certainly did the trick on my screen. Massive difference. No wonder all my prints were coming back with a strange hue..
