New Window?

Hi, i simply want a new window to pop up when they click on the link in my header (see the bold, italics below). What is the HTML for opening up a new window upon clicking on a link?

i got it done. Now, how does one change the size of the window that pops up? i think mine needs to be slightly bigger - maybe 20%.
