Embeded Video

Is there a way to embed a video that is hosted here in my smugmug account to another site?

I am helping a not for profit organization with their website, for their photo gallery they asked me to create a video set to music instead of plugging the page with pictures....I know that this sort of thing can be done with You tube, where you can watch the video (being hosted elsewhere) but never leave the website you originally visited? If we host the vid on their site, it's going to require an upgrade in packages and it's just not something they want to have to invest in.

Am I making sense here:rofl
If it's possible how does one do this?

:DThat is Awesome News....Now the dreaded question to ask...any clue as to a time frame. I'm not asking for a specific date, but is this something to expect in the next week or so, or is this months or longer down the road, a ballpark figure or idea would be appreciated!!!

Flickr now does video, no it's not as nice a smug, but the fact that I can embed the video is a HUGE plus...any update on when this feature will be available on smug?

(any hints on having video in Flash would be interesting to hear about also)
