Hi,

I set up a private gallery (ie. unlisted) and also password protected it. I then used the "share" feature to send a notification email to give access to the gallery, but when I tested the email, the image doesn't load up. The photo is not hidden so I'm not sure why this is happening. My only thought is that it may be because the photo being shared is in a password protected gallery. If I'm correct, is there any way to get around this?

Thanks.

Copy the photo link and send that. Insert your info in this.

I also think eternal links have to be on.

Ah, brilliant...thanks Allen. External links had to be on. I wanted to email directly from smugmug so that I could track the emails rather than just sending a link.

Thanks!
