Changing color of frame around webheader

Can anyone tell me how to change the color of the frame around my webheader? Can I do it on my control panel or so I have to go back to the original image and upload a new webheader with corrections?

I just took a quick look at your site, and the black frame is part of your banner image. (I looked at the image at http://mugstad.smugmug.com/photos/69893843-O.jpg.)

Since it is part of the image, you'll need to alter your source file and replace it on your site.

Ok, that's what I thought. Maybe I'll just leave it and change background to match the border around webheader. LOL!
