For sale:Brand new PQI 512 MB CompactFlash card (2 available)

This is an "18x" CF card -- 2.7MB/sec write speed.
(I routinely use "8x" cards in my EOS 20D and never have to wait on writes to the card, so 18x should work well for most applications)
