FYI......I do have a Pro account with Smug Mugg and I changed my gallery prices to indicate a 75% profit I also enable the theft "No right click feature".
So now for my story.
I did a photo shoot for an individual last month and sent her the link to her private gallery. She praised the image's and scheduled a photo shoot for Easter day.
Now here's the "pants kicker" I arrived onsite with photo equipment in tow
and walk past her hallway where I noticed two of my 11x17 images framed and hanging from her wall I stopped dead in my tracks and stated "WHOA!!!!" Nice images when did you purchased them she stated a few weeks ago from my Smug Mug site.
So I checked my smug mug control panel and noticed that my sales balance is a nice FAT "0" No funds :(
My Question is what happened to my profit??????? There should be a $50.00 balance. :scratch
Help!!!! where is my profit going?????? :dunno

Using Visitor View, I see pro pricing in place in that gallery. We don't have an 11x17 product though, what exactly, did she purchase?

I see that priced at $20.98 right now. Did you have the gallery open at no pricing for some time? We can investigate, you could write our help desk, with the email address or the order number of the buyer.... but we will only report sales (and pay commission) on prints sold that have pricing on them.

Could be possible One thing for sure is that I won't let it happen again.
Thanks for the help

I wonder if you got bit by the same bug I did. The only reason I know I got bit was I have set a default markup of $0.01 so I can see all sales.
I talk about it here:
