Can someone tell me how to create a contact form something like the one I see here:

I don't use a contact form on my site, but I just did a quick search here on dgrin. DavidTO recommended http://www.emailmeform.com/ in this thread - http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=80068&highlight=contact+form.

Once you have the form set up, the code will go in the description of an html-only gallery surrounded by <html> and </html>.

did you get the contact form working? i just did it yesterday (with some help from allen of course) and after a little work it ended up being rather easy. i could help you if you need it.Thanks so much. That is exactly what I needed.

I guess I better learn how to use that search myself.

did you get the contact form working? i just did it yesterday (with some help from allen of course) and after a little work it ended up being rather easy. i could help you if you need it.
